Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
We Always ship with a signature required.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, in order to protect you and us, it is your duty to check before signing that all merchandise is present and in good condition and that the package is undamaged. Thereafter, you will have 72 hours to contact us if there is damage to your order and we will be happy to settle everything with you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items approved for return must be sent back within 14 days of opening the RMA request. Items returned outside of this window or sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is taken from the final purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping or handling charges.
Transport costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
