Koppert products are only available in stores
HydroponicsPro ships from Canada, to Canada unless otherwise specified on the product page. We provide an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number at the time that your order is shipped. Please note that tracking information might be updated between 1 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped.
To avoid theft as much as possible, we send all our orders with a signature required from the recipient!
*If you would like us to ship to a PO Box, please ensure to include your civic address as some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Delays may be incurred, and we may need to contact you for an update on your address.
We ship primarily using, Purolator, FedEx, GLS & Canpar, among others.
Delivery of most of our substrates is available only in Quebec and Ontario
Handling & Shipping Time
Our Handling Time can vary depending on the season, and currently is being affected by extended lead times.
At the moment, there may be up 2 to 7 business days of Handling Time before your order is shipped.
It typically takes 2-4 business days for deliveries to Quebec and Ontario, and 3-9 business days for other provinces.
If ever there is a delay or concern with the tracking information, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date so that we can coordinate with the courier to locate your package. This is due to the carriers policies. Past 14 days, a postal investigation is unlikely to end in locating the package, therefore orders lost in transit are no longer eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement through HydroponicsPro. Any approved compensation will be provided as a store credit applicable to a future order.
Once in a while, there are damages to some items in transit. Packages must be opened within 72 hours of delivery, and we must receive notification of these damages as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) and the box that they arrived in. We can make a claim with the postal service in order to get you a refund and/or replacement. We cannot promise any refunds or replacements if this is not done within 72 hours.
Discreet Shipping
All orders placed through HydroponicsPro come in discreet packaging.
Free Shipping (Certain restrictions apply)
Most orders of $149 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping (The order must ship to a Canadian address).
Please review the following situations, where a special transport or handling fee will apply at all order amounts:
- Orders whose total weight is 20lbs or heavier
- Orders containing items considered oversized by the postal services
- Orders shipping to either a remote location, or to a location where we cannot economically ship an item or order to.
- Some products are available for delivery only in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec.
We can ship everywhere in Canada, However, the free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipping to the Territories, and extreme rural areas.
In-Store Pick-Up
For in-store pickup, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Orders are usually ready in 24 hours or less. The order number will be requested on site to trace your order. Payment on site is also possible.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within a radius of 25 kilometers. For an order from $0 to $500 there will be a fee of $30. For orders of $500 or more, there will be no fees. Local deliveries must not exceed 1000 Lbs.
